Make your way to a pre-booked car park and then we’ll park your car for you while you jump on the shuttle bus that is ready and waiting to take you directly to your terminal. Once you land, simply let us know you have arrived and the bus will come and pick you up to reunite you with your car.
At Gatwick Airport flights operate from the North and the South Terminals. Ace Airport Parking cover both terminals. To check which terminal you are departing from you can check your flights on the Gatwick Airport site, which has a live flight board covering all flights from all airlines, at all times.
Ace Meet and Greet Gatwick Parking is the cheapest, most convenient way to park at Gatwick. It allows you to drive straight to departures, meet our friendly insured staff, who will then safely whisk your car to our secure Gatwick car parks. When you land and upon request your car will be returned to the same place it was collected so you can jump straight in and drive home…Simple.

1. Call us when you have collected your luggage

If you gave us your flight number when you checked in then there your car will be returned automatically to the meeting point at the North Terminal. There is no longer any need to call us on your return.
If you did not give accurate return times (or correct flight numbers for us to monitor), then please call us on 01293 533 000 once you have landed.
Directions: As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park – following signs for Meet & Greet Operators located within the Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.
