We hope you are all staying safe during these very difficult and challenging times. For many of you who have been through planning a holiday, taking time to find that perfect one, this is devastating news. It could be that you have exciting family plans, a special date or even a ski break with friends; this pandemic has certainly halted these, but please know that Maple Parking will help you in the shortest time possible to re-schedule or refund your booking, to avoid you feeling more stressed or anguished.
For those of you stuck abroad or are returning earlier than planned, please call the number on your confirmation with an update, that way we are able to make plans for you to have your car ready for you with sufficient notice.
All amendments or cancellations will be dealt with by email so please contact: admin@aceairportparking.co.uk, making sure you quote your booking reference number, full name and car registration. This will really help us when trying to locate your booking.
Do be patient, we have a huge number of travellers booked in and so you will experience a longer than normal wait time. Rest assured we will get to you as soon as we can.
